Due to the insecure nature of e-mail communication, we do not use email as a means of communication with the public or patients.

If you wish to contact us regarding medical questions or issues or with regard to appointments, accounts or other questions please do so by telephone, fax or regular postal mail.

Dr. Pace can be reached at their office during regular business hours.

If you have questions about our services, accepted forms of insurance, our facility, or our physicians, please feel free to contact us during normal business hours by phone.

Office Policies

Appointments for new patients can only be made after we have received a faxed referral from one of your doctors. If you would like to be seen by Dr. Pace please contact your family physician (or one of your specialist physicians) to make a referral.

You may phone to request a follow-up appointment or a review if you have been previously been seen within the past year. Patients who have not been seen for more than 1 year require a new referral.

We require at least 24 hours notice if you will be unable to keep your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment and you do not notify the office, you will be billed for the missed appointment.

Our phone system does take messages. Due to the high volume of calls, please feel free to leave a message and you will be contacted as soon as possible.
